Never buy from Promax. They make you pay for shipping to return an item all the way back to Massachusetts. For that matter I might as well keep the item. I'm going to end up losing money.

It looks like this guys use some kind of drop-shipping and do not keep up to date inventory. My Ebay order was shipped with 5 days delay which I find unprofessional.

Avoid like the plague!!I purchased a simple $20 trash can through Sears channeled through eBay Marketer. Instead a $200 baseboard heater arrived. They refused to accept it back unless I sent photos of the item and the UPC code. I told them I couldn't do this because I didn't own a smartphone. The employee kept repeating "We sent you the garbage can." Finally, I said I would sell the heater through Craig's List and cancel the charge on the trash can. The employee said "Okay." This gives a new meaning to the word 'stupid.'

I bought a Hamilton Beach mixer from them by Walmart.com, it was not fit for my 12yo daughter, and when I tried to plug it on, the sound was really too loud , dangerous and heavy for a little girl’s hands to use even for adult like me to carry it.I came to WM store to return and really surprised because they said this third party will charge me $10 return fee (no choice, no other service ship way) and 20% restocking fee for the amount I paid plus tax, exactly the way Chinese sellers treated their customers in their country for many years until right now. I paid $35+tax, after received the stuff in the opened box and dirty stains outside the box 2 days, I brought it to WM store and they notice me that Promax will refund me $18 only. What the hell Promax was doing? Try to pick money as much as she can from customers’ wallet. Right?Living in here for long time and shopping a lot, except some bad lessons from EBay with the Chinese Fraud Sellers there but I’ve never ever being cheated by the American Fraud seller like Promax. She said she was not Chinese but the way she doing exactly is China way. Where is she living? It was so sad!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE SCAMMER: PROMAX SUPPLY.

Have placed several orders for a product throughout the year from this eBay online store. On the last order, they were quick to charge my account and slow to to process the shipping. When I requested a shipping date after a week of no tracking number being provided, I got a not so friendly response from Erica basically stating that they didn't care about my business and that if I didn't want to wait another week, loosing a returned customer was not a big deal to them. Having owned a business in the past, I always made sure my customers were taken care of and if something was not to their liking, I would apologize for any inconvenience and would do what ever it took to keep them as happy returning customers. The arrogance on Erica's response lets me to believe that they don't share the same view on customer service and loosing them is no big deal. To me, it was a big deal since they were the lifeline of the business.I guess they feel they are as big and financially stable as Amazon and loosing a few customers is not going to make a dent on their financials.If I wanted to wait 3 weeks before delivery, I would order from China, pay half the price and get in the same amount of time or less.
