Feedback:

Have placed several orders for a product throughout the year from this eBay online store. On the last order, they were quick to charge my account and slow to to process the shipping. When I requested a shipping date after a week of no tracking number being provided, I got a not so friendly response from Erica basically stating that they didn't care about my business and that if I didn't want to wait another week, loosing a returned customer was not a big deal to them. Having owned a business in the past, I always made sure my customers were taken care of and if something was not to their liking, I would apologize for any inconvenience and would do what ever it took to keep them as happy returning customers. The arrogance on Erica's response lets me to believe that they don't share the same view on customer service and loosing them is no big deal. To me, it was a big deal since they were the lifeline of the business.I guess they feel they are as big and financially stable as Amazon and loosing a few customers is not going to make a dent on their financials.If I wanted to wait 3 weeks before delivery, I would order from China, pay half the price and get in the same amount of time or less.
