Karen and her team exceeded all of my expectations. From the first email requesting information to the post-wedding follow up, she was responsive, understanding, organized, and professional. Of all vendors, I was most nervous about finding a photographer for my wedding as I've always hated being in front of a camera. Karen and Nicole put me at ease every step of the way. They were just the right mix of attentive and flexible. They managed to keep us efficient with our time while being so laid back that I hardly realized we were behind schedule.
