Feedback:

Over priced, very arrogant, Customer service doesn't even exist. I'd suggest do like I did and just go the extra mile and go find a good repair shop in Salem who knows what their doing and treats you like a human being. I've used batteries plus and 3G mobile I'll never ever go back to this joke of a place again.
