Chris, to be fair it should’ve been a 3 star not 2 so i put 4 on this one.Here is my say: By “overpriced” I meant that you were about $40 more then other shops near me. I just happened to be in your area and desperately needed my phone to conduct business. Not caring what it cost to do so. “lack of punctuality” - you said to be back in two hours which i did. Leaving a job 20miles away to do so. When i got there, you took the phone from the desk and proceeded to work on it while i waited for 30-40 more minutes.Phone was flashing on and off and i said its normal for the POS apple phone i had. But it did turn on with a black line through the screen and half screen not touch operable. I panicked because i needed to answer many texts and calls i accumulated. So i called and was told you was out and that youd call when in office again. Not heard from you since.I ended up going to the shop near me and paying another 100$ to get another screen put on. After i spent 144$ couple hours prior.Also i was told by that shop that the button mechanism is not available unless you purchase one from apple and costs, well easier to by a new phone. if that is incorrect then i apologize for offending you and questioning your knowledge in that department.Best of luck. And thanks for trying to help me for what its worth.
