Organization made to suppress employee and harrass them with all efforts. No growth, no increment, no policies for employees. Joined as a fresh graduate I felt so unhappy that is this what startups are?? Every other day rules are changed as if they are still trying which rule is best. Policies keep changing, HR don't want to help as they are directly under company owner. They are also paid, so when you ask them for help they ignore you. Every month end I see people leaving this organization. New joinees are unhappy with way they are treated. God save the employee 🙌.
