What was the best part of the experience?

I was contacted by Rick Mayson from Quad Marketing Solutions regarding a Google Ads campaign with unlimited clicks. He impressed me by highlighting that QUAD Solutions was an accredited business and a Google Partner. He also sent me links to BBB page and Google Partner page as proof. He promised 24/7 placement on Google within 48 hours for 22 search keywords, a monthly report, and a dedicated account manager. It all sounded great.

What would you change about the experience?

In retrospect, it would have been wise of me to have consulted other websites for reviews about this company. Subsequently, I stumbled upon reviews on Yelp, revealing that this company had been employing unethical practices for years to deceive unsuspecting individuals.

Unfortunately, it took them over a month to set up the campaign and they didn't make any adjustments based on poor results. Moreover, they used incorrect landing pages throughout the campaign. I didn't receive any marketing strategy or reports from them. Eventually, the campaign generated only 146 paid clicks and zero leads from the 22 keywords over three months of the service. It feels like they intentionally target international clients for scams, particularly in my location of Melbourne, Australia. This could be because they believe there is a lower likelihood of receiving complaints from overseas customers. I learned a hard lesson and I hope it will make it harder for them to scam others in the future.

I received a call from Quad Solutions offering me 1st page coverage of my google adword listing on a 24/7 basis. I was hesitant at first but in my competitive limousine industry I decided to give them a try. They delivered as promised. My sales have improved drastically in the past year. Our phone rings consistently. In fact, we are so glad they phoned us to introduce themselves. We had no idea this service was available. We were paying google directly on a pay per click basis previously and were paying more than we do now with less coverage. Our sales rep is easily accessible and more than eager to help us with any changes we want to make. Our competitors ask us all the time how our ad is on the first page of google 24/7 but we keep it our little secret. Thank you Quad Solutions!

This company is horrible, cold calling my business. Saying he offers montly services for Seo. I gave this company a shot even thought im currently using bipper media who are TOTALLY AWESOME. After trying them for three days i received one call, for @ $1500 month service. After using the current company im with i was recieving calls within hours. Not trying to down your business but you should try something different. After two days asking for a refund he says he unable. I would of rather saved my $1500 and invested differently if i have know this. This should be illegal. Jacob your all hype man you should of became a car sells man
