I was scammed by this company

What was the best part of the experience?

I was contacted by Rick Mayson from Quad Marketing Solutions regarding a Google Ads campaign with unlimited clicks. He impressed me by highlighting that QUAD Solutions was an accredited business and a Google Partner. He also sent me links to BBB page and Google Partner page as proof. He promised 24/7 placement on Google within 48 hours for 22 search keywords, a monthly report, and a dedicated account manager. It all sounded great.

What would you change about the experience?

In retrospect, it would have been wise of me to have consulted other websites for reviews about this company. Subsequently, I stumbled upon reviews on Yelp, revealing that this company had been employing unethical practices for years to deceive unsuspecting individuals.

Feedback:

Unfortunately, it took them over a month to set up the campaign and they didn't make any adjustments based on poor results. Moreover, they used incorrect landing pages throughout the campaign. I didn't receive any marketing strategy or reports from them. Eventually, the campaign generated only 146 paid clicks and zero leads from the 22 keywords over three months of the service. It feels like they intentionally target international clients for scams, particularly in my location of Melbourne, Australia. This could be because they believe there is a lower likelihood of receiving complaints from overseas customers. I learned a hard lesson and I hope it will make it harder for them to scam others in the future.
