What was the best part of the experience?

The best part of this process is to identify issues I never knew I had. For instance, issues such as navigation, messaging, and layout were clearly identified as issues and resolved accordingly.

What would you change about the experience?

The only thing I would suggest is slightly faster implementation after identifying issues, as I was eager to apply changes quickly once the problems were clear.

Looking back, it’s almost funny how many mistakes were on my website. But fixing them has improved performance significantly, and I’m glad I decided to invest in this service.
