What was the best part of the experience?

I wanted to develop a website for my business FreshLine Services, so I decided to work with Ranking By SEO and they ended up being a very good choice. What amazed me the most was the skill of the team in not just grasping the essence of my business but also in creating a website that was simple, elegant, and professionally designed. The site looks great and is so easy to use; plus, it works well on every device, which in this day and age is a really big thing. They also looked at minor things such as the layout of the pages, how the user moves through the site, and the overall look and feel of the brand to make sure that the end product is something that is professionally done and ready for business rather than just a simple website.

What would you change about the experience?

The overall experience was very comfortable and expertly handled. However, if I had to identify among the things that weren't perfect, it would the turnaround time for minor revisions. Although the crew were of course very accommodating and produced good pieces, a few minor edits turned out to be a bit slower than we had anticipated. More speed in dealing with such insignificant alterations and also being more communicative in a pre-emptive way during the revision stage would be two of the things that, from a client's point of view, would make the whole process more efficient and smooth.

In my opinion the end product was superlative on all accounts: design, usability and overall appeal.
