What was the best part of the experience?

The absolute best part of working with this service is the way the research is organized and structured. Unlike other reports I have received in the past, which seemed to be a jumbled mess of data and information, everything I received seemed to have a purpose and a context. It wasn’t just statistics and numbers; it was an explanation of what these numbers and statistics meant to my business. For instance, their competitor analysis wasn’t just a listing of products and pricing; it was a deep dive into their marketing tactics and product engagement patterns. It was like having an analyst on staff to guide and inform our decisions. It was incredibly actionable, and I know for a fact I could literally use pieces of this report to implement new strategies the next day without having to conduct any additional research or analysis.

What would you change about the experience?

If I'm being picky, I'd recommend slightly faster turnaround for urgent projects. While I liked the thoroughness of the reports, there are times when you need to get the research within a day or two, and knowing the timeline ahead of time would be beneficial. Additionally, having a brief executive summary at the beginning of the report would make it easier to quickly understand the key points of the report, as I'm sure is the case for many of your clients like myself who have multiple priorities to attend to at any given time.
