What was the best part of the experience?

To be honest, I have always thought that paid ads are just a waste of money. However, the way they handled everything was really impressive and changed my whole perspective about paid ads. Not only did they run the ads, but they also told me why they were targeting a certain audience and how creative elements play a role in ads. I also really enjoyed how they focused on business objectives rather than clicks. It was more of a strategy than just setting up a campaign.

What would you change about the experience?

The onboarding phase could be a little more structured. In the beginning, I had a lot of questions, and even though they answered all of them, a structured roadmap at the beginning could have been helpful.

This experience taught me to look at advertising in a completely different way. It’s not about spending money, it’s about spending money wisely. I have noticed significant improvements in the quality of the lead, which is more important than the quantity.
