What was the best part of the experience?

The highlight of the experience was seeing my business feature on the first page of Google after months of trying various freelancers who did not work out. Their strategy covered both on-page and off-page SEO, and they also helped resolve various technical glitches on my website, which I had not even realized were there. What I liked most about them is that they did not adopt a one-size-fits-all policy.

What would you change about the experience?

I think communication can be slightly improved, especially when waiting for updates. Sometimes I had to ask for progress instead of receiving it proactively.
