What was the best part of the experience?

What impressed me the most, though, was that everything had a strategy behind it. They did not just share content for the sake of it. They had a goal for each of their campaigns, whether it was engagement, traffic, conversions, etc. They also shared their insights about their audience, which helped me understand what works and what does not.
