Client Review on Red Cup Media Group

Ollie Oniell (Red Cup Media) are scammers! It’s, been over 2 months and he has delivered nothing. What he tried to pass of as legitimate well researched and presented work (4weeks) was nothing more than a pathetic attempt to pacify me after spending maybe 10 mins pushing around a few pictures and showing my existing logos graphics etc to give it colour.When making promises or keeping milestones, he has never delivered. He charged me GST when not registered , I told him I want an immediate refund for that. He has not refunded the GST which I raised to him 6 weeks ago. He blames everything from emails, computers and comes with excuses of ‘family issues’ as reasons to why I still don’t have a website.I don’t buy that at all! I have a new venture involving machinery of $100,000 sitting doing nothing because he has not provided me with something he agreed and was contracted to do.I will be seeking legal advise along with reporting him to the ATO & making a complaint to ASIC about RED CUP MEDIA PTY LTDs conduct.Gordon GanningOnspec Building Systems
