Client Review on Red Cup Media Group

Only giving them one star because I have to give them something. We commissioned these guys to produce a logo for use as email signatures and letterhead for our new company. Communication was terrible for starters, finally got some logos sent via Dropbox (although we've not actually been able to use them). Email signatures looked terrible. We were told they would be the correct size but they were far too big. There was quite often long breaks between communication and always an excuse....Ollie was overseas, Ollie was somewhere else, anywhere but at work.They complained that we had told them we were using a different version of Outlook than we actually were. I went through all emails to ascertain when we were ever asked what version we were using. Couldn't find anything from them or us.When my emails got a little terse, given that we still had nothing after several months, they just stopped responding at all. No correspondence from them at all. They got paid and delivered nothing.I would not recommend using Red Cup Media at all.
