Redspot has been managing my website for a little over 2 years now and their performance has been outstanding. This is a company that is passionate about helping your web site do as well as possible AND doing the tracking to prove it. Customer service is excellent. They have taken web site management to a whole new level.

The most positive thing I can say is that they are capable of creating a website. When we transitioned from another web company, Red Spot made an old version (months old) of our website active. It was missing important information and they kept saying it will be fixed in a few days for a MONTH. There were changes they should have made pre-launch, but didn't. They don't create meta-descriptions, even though experts will tell you they are important to have, so I had to write them all myself. They do not allow me admin access on Wordpress, only editor access, so any change I make does not go live until I email them. They respond quickly, its just very inconvenient to have to constantly email them for updates. We have an allotted amount of hours to use each month and they have applied hours against our allotment that were not correct. Two separate months we had to ask for breakdowns of how they used our hours because they were not doing it correctly. We've talked to an Account Manager and a supervisor, and they apologize and offer up excuses, but don't offer permanent solutions. We've only been with them a few months and we have already had so many issues, but we are stuck in a contract, so here's hoping it gets better.**Update 8/23/19**After speaking with the owner, I feel confident that he is working to address my concerns and see what changes can be made to help make my experience more positive and help our business to succeed. I will update the review in a couple months to see if the changes have been made and if all concerns come to a satisfactory resolution.

Redspot has been one of our best business decision for marketing. Their SEO and Lead management departments along with all the wonderful design work has boosted our consults from 4-6 weeks in advance to four months in advance just since we started working with them four months ago. Our direct contact Vanessa stays on top of everything for us and keeps us on our marketing plan. I can't say enough great things about her and Redspot. I have yet to hear a complaint from any of our patients about any of the Lead Management representatives. And I would like to add that if you don't put in the work and do the tasks that Redspot instructs you to do, you will not succeed in your business marketing because you are not doing your part. It is very easy to get behind in the things you need to do every day as managers and physicians, but you get out of it what you put in it too. My physician and I committed and did the work. Luckily I have Vanessa to keep me on track! All in all, I would highly recommend Redspot!

I have been a client of Red Spot's for over a year and a half and my practice has grown significantly since then. My patients compliment me all the time on how my Website looks and functions. Due to their excellent reputation management we are attracting patients from as far as 40 miles away from our location. Return of investment is wonderful. My Account Manager, Vanessa Lopez continual comes up with creative marketing strategies and is like a member of my practice team. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It was definitely a great business decision.
