Feedback:

House did not appear to be very clean. Stains all over the carpet, coffee stains still in cups, crumbs still in cabinets, stains on the mattresses and can light hanging out of ceiling, large water bugs and ants in first and second level just for example. The cable went out after 2 days into vacation, called to report and got them to send someone out. The repair person said modem was not looking right but it must be an outage. I called the cable company direct and there was no outage in area, lined up a serviceman to come out all without the help from resort company. They arrived the day before we were leaving to let us know there was a problem at the unit, ran new lines. So we had cable and wi-fi the night before we left. There was a total lack of communication from the resort company. We had to call them even after they said they would let us know. We will not be using this company again, we had used it when it was Elan and expected to get the same service, totally disappointed in the quality. The home needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. The kitchen supplies dishes, bowls, were cheap plastic, not the quality of the previous company. It is sad to see that since they bought Elan the lack of concern for having a clean, well equipt rental property. Only gave review 2 stars, one for the hot tub and the other for the pool, they were the things that were good about our visit.
