Closed on the house a month ago and we're still waiting on items from the punch list to be completed. Standard things that were listed on the spec sheet and in emails were not honored and we ended up paying other contractors out of pocket to get what Riggins said was standard. The few issues they did fix had to be begged for with multiple attempts of emails and phone calls. Wouldn't recommend Riggins due to their poor customer service.

We just finished our custom home with Riggins Construction a month ago and we love it! They made the process easy. They walked us through all of the different options and prices for each to make planning simple. Best choice for the quality and price!

One star because i can't give zero stars. Awful job on a new construction home. Clearly no care about quality or neatness. Terrible texture job left bubbles and unpainted spot on my walls. Paint on my carpet in literally every room, paint on wood floors, and paint on kitchen amd bathroom sinks! Cheap already damaged cabinets installed and painted over. Nkt to mention the selfishness and unprofrssionalism of making us pay for wood floors even though the floor plan they gave us showed wood floors not carpet. Will never own another Riggins home. I strongly advise no one else to either. Been in the house for a month and no one has come to fix the problems.

We just closed on a new home from Riggins and although we are now happy with our house, it was not a great experience. First, they sent the wrong floor plans to the listing agent who then sent them to my realtor. NO one accepted responsibility and when I reached out to them directly, no one got back to me. We ended up having to pay a very high price for the flooring they originally said came with the house but apparently it was not "standard." They were asking for extremely high prices for other "upgrades" and not willing to work with us at all. Then, the people they hired to do the painted and the flooring did a very poor job and yes, eventually they made it better, that was only after we hired an inspector and did some major complaining. I will never use Riggins or recommend them to any of my family or friends.
