Feedback:

Without question the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant company I have ever done business with. If they think they can push you around and take advantage of you, they will do everything they can to try. When you have your inspection done and sheet delivered showing what needs addressed, they will respond with, “We have done this for years and will continue it this way,” and have no want or desire to fix anything. They, coupled with Lindsey, are the most destructive and disrespectful collection of “professionals” in the NWA area. I highly advise that if you’re the type to go visit the property every day and expect your company to listen to you, answer all questions, and expect to be treated like a human being rather than a number/statistic, you do business with another company in the area. This is our first home and we have certainly learned our lesson of what to do, what to settle for, and how to never be afraid to be headstrong and determined to get exactly what you have been promised. Our neighbors have expressed some of the same sentiments, so it’s helpful yet infuriating to know we weren’t the only ones treated this way.
