In the chaos of opening our doors for business, Risen Phoenix was able to quickly grasp and identify our needs, potential challenges and resource obstacles so we were properly prepared from day one. They looked into ways to reduce our costs without sacrificing functionality and made themselves available whenever a random need arose. On opening day, a technician was on site first thing in the morning and stayed with us all day to ensure we were up and running without issue. The ongoing service and support has been great.
