Working with Joe and his team has made my life so much easier. The professionalism and knowledge has allowed us to finish projects much quicker than estimated. Joe's dedication to making sure the client work is done properly as well as the client is happy goes above anyone else I have met. He has good bed side manners and explains everything in detail so you understand the whole scope of the project before the work begins and keeps you updated throughout the project.

We used Risen Phoenix to set-up our home office (server, wifi, etc). Joe did an excellent job, billed us fairly and presented himself professionally. We are three years down the road and have not had any issues with his set-up. Definitely would recommend and use their services again.

I would definitely recommend Risen Phoenix to anyone needing help with their computer/IT needs. Joe is very personable, knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. Being someone who doesn't understand a lot about the IT field, Joe was able to explain everything in manner I could understand. He also gave me some good advice for the future so as not to experience the same problem again. He's also very accommodating and prompt in responding to voice mails or replying to emails.

Joe Cusumano, Risen Phoenix Technology Group, has handled IT issues for the Oldwick Animal Hospital since late 2013. He came to us highly recommended by the folks at the Apple Store, as we had Apple computers but used Windows and a Windows-based software to run our company, creating unique problems. Of course, as a hospital, the smooth operation of our computer systems is critical. Joe was very responsive to our needs and concerns, and calmly and professionally worked to correct existing problems. We asked Joe to look at the technology side of the hospital as a whole, and he devised creative solutions for a generally more efficient operation. We have implemented many of his suggestions and are very satisfied with the outcome. He has worked with the office manager to set goals for this year, and the next few years, for all our IT needs.
