Joe Cusumano, Risen Phoenix Technology Group, has handled IT issues for the Oldwick Animal Hospital since late 2013. He came to us highly recommended by the folks at the Apple Store, as we had Apple computers but used Windows and a Windows-based software to run our company, creating unique problems. Of course, as a hospital, the smooth operation of our computer systems is critical. Joe was very responsive to our needs and concerns, and calmly and professionally worked to correct existing problems. We asked Joe to look at the technology side of the hospital as a whole, and he devised creative solutions for a generally more efficient operation. We have implemented many of his suggestions and are very satisfied with the outcome. He has worked with the office manager to set goals for this year, and the next few years, for all our IT needs. Finally, Joe is extremely personable; he gets along with everyone, attends the needs and questions of the entire staff, yet manages to work unobtrusively and quietly in the workplace.
