Feedback:

Constant water outrages! Deliver a boil water notice to everyone but me...(I litteraly have them on surveillance skipping my house, for no reason) so I wound up very sick in the hospital! The reason was bacteria from the water stayed on my catheter and caused a UTI and then a kidney infection. Thanks Rolling Oaks! Did I mention the water is off for the 2nd time this week?!

Wow, thank God I'm moving. I just called with some questions as a renter, landlord pays bills so I have no idea of their standards for removal & I was just inquiring about pickup rules regarding tree limbs and furniture. Their website is of no help at all (looks like another CHILD put that together) & when I called to ask, some kid answered & of course had no professionalism or the slightest bit of respect in her voice...COMPLETE C.U.Next.TuesdayThey'll be out of business in no time with that beotch working there. I mean, already had a rating of 2 before this. Grow up you little entitled douche nozzleFor Joy West's comment below:You have to GIVE respect in order to GET any back. Probably an employee or similar

I previously posted a negative review for rolling Oaks utilities. After speaking with someone on the phone today it’s possible that our communication wasn’t 100% clear. In all fairness they have been very good and very flexible over the past two years with my account when I need a short extension on my account. I have tried to go back in and delete the previous review, but have been unable to do so. They have been helpful and I overreacted with the previous review.

The Office Manager, KAREN, is totally rude and will argue, as if her office NEVER makes a mistake!! I was told when you walk into the office and pay your bill, by check, your check is "IMMEDIATELY PROCESSED THROUGH YOUR BANK!!" NOT TRUE!!! I paid my bill, IN PERSON, the day before it was due, at 12:45 PM. The check was NOT processed until the NEXT DAY!! Pay your bill on the due date and if it's a Friday, it will NOT be processed until Monday, then you will be told "YOU PAID THREE DAYS LATE," and then you will be charged a late fee!! Stamping your receipt "PAID," means nothing, to the Office Manager. I was told "that doesn't prove you paid it on time!" ALWAYS have them put the DATE, TIME AND THEIR INITIALS, on your receipt!! This place needs to be INVESTIGATED by the State of FL. We should all complain, to the appropriate government agency, that regulates their office. I have been a homeowner for over 40 years and I have NEVER dealt with such an INSUFFICENT OFFICE AND SUCH AN INEPT, RUDE STAFF!! BEWARE!!

A company that would benefit from some competition. Their service isn't great, the cost progressively has gone up since we moved here and they've given out my personal information and address to a disgruntled tenant that called pretending to be me and claimed he couldn't remember my address. So they gave it to him... I'd change companies in a heart beat, but they are unfortunatly our only choice locally. Which always results in less quality and higher prices.

If I had the ability to choose another utility company for water/trash I would have already made the switch. The woman with the nasty attitude needs to find a new job (the other 2 are/were pleasant). My bill was less than one month past due, they shut it off. I called to let them know I would be in on the specific date to pay, and was told I would not be a problem. That morning at 7:45 AM they had someone out to shut off my water before their office was open.

Ladies with fake smiles who are extremely rude and smirk and laugh when they shut off your water. Two years of dealing with these issues and nothing has yet to be done. Slap on the wrist and are still able to work only because there privately owndo. The BBB will be notified next.

I had a great experience with the folks in this office. Went in there on 3/21/19 around 9 am to open a new account for my recently purchased home in Beverly Hills, the lady at the front desk was kind and courteous, very knowledgeable, and they answered all my questions. Wrote them a check for activation and deposit, and was out in 10 minutes. Compared to a big city utility, this place is great!

As a new resident we have had two contacts with Rolling Oaks and have could not have been happier with them. We have met three of them in the office and three of their tec's and they all helped not only with our service but with the local area also.

If you're a day late they turn your water off. They're the worst.
