If you have any issues with your apartment, the company will respond within an hour and fix the request immediately. Moreover, Rose is beyond professional in how it handles working with you. They are accommodating, professional and nice people to work with. I worked specifically with Brian at Rose and he was so helpful in responding to all my requests, concerns and questions.If you are thinking about living in a rose associates building, truly look no further. I am so beyond pleased with how Rose handles any situation, whether it's a complaint or a request. They always make me happy and do right by their tenants.
