Client Review on RPM Printing and Marketing

Personally, one star still seems too high of a review. Our church required some card stock printed for a upcoming Kingdom Campaign. We spoke to the individual at their counter on March 20th. The print was something they could handle (3-up on heavy stock paper) and they downloaded the copy ready .pdf file from a thumb drive. This interaction was pleasant and friendly. Our church picked up the cards the following week only to find that were numerous misspelling on the product produced. We double check the "copy" provided which did not contain the misspellings on the final product. When we attempted to see about correcting the situation, we were basically told "it's not our issue." We print what you provide us (period!). We attempted to explain that the copy provided didn't contain any misspellings (i.e. Christan) - but, it was a one-sided conversation from that point forward. We were asked to leave the shop and not return - with a statement made about churches are always like this. Customer care is not a specialty, personality is lacking and he's right - we as a church will take our business someplace else. Funny thing from my perspective - we were not looking for a refund - rather could they print another set of cards - and we have even paid for the material and labor. But, we'll add the individual to our prayer list - as a reflection of our humanity.
