They went way above and beyond for me today! I had missed all the other locations' pick up times so I frantically called this location because they're open later. The owner, Bhavesh, took my package information over the phone, had what he could ready for me when I arrived, then gave me exact directions of how to proceed for my best chance to have my expedited package put on a truck so it could arrive the next day in California. Not only that but he also called the hub directly and they were also ready for me when I pulled up after arriving there with no time to spare before the last tuck left for the day. Incredible! His passion for what he does shows in the way he operates his business.
