I have always had a good experience with this place. I was growing quite frustrated recently for one of my orders was never sent and seeing how many people complained that responses to order inquiries takes awhile, I was not very hopeful. To my surprise, they replied right away and managed to sort things out. It so happens that I inputted an incorrect address so totally my fault. Matt was specifically helpful! Hopefully others can get the same experience as I did.

Great pricing and great products and customer service. It seems that Ruffhouse studios is kind a mom and pop shop the way its setup, but besides that they are great to deal with, excellent customer service when they aren't being flooded. I sent my vaporizer in for a replacement and they got it right out to me.

Ordered a vape a month ago. Haven't heard a word from ruffhouse since I clicked the checkout button. I've called the number on the website a dozen times, but only got through to a recording once. The recording said my product, as well as many others, were on backorder, but that they would be in the mail with tracking links by last weekend. Last weekend came and went with still no word. I only bought through this site because I'd save 5 bucks. Not worth the hassle. Order # 12488

Horrible nothing, but excuses don't run a business if you can't make the demand it's that simple! I can care less that your a small business all I know you have $240 of my money, and I still have no product! Instead of having all these cool videos luring people in like ruff house is some big fancy company, but really you guys are not even close to being on that level. Companies like ruff house give people who want to have quality canabis products a bad name because it just seems that it's just a couple of lazy stoners trying to run a professional business, but are failing miserably! Not a good look bro I don't care what excuse you're giving people! To reply back to your dumb response which wasn't even relevant to the issue I had with your fraudulent company which I reported to the Better Business Bureau. I actually got an email from google that got my attention saying that my review that I gave was helpful to people. So that's why i'm just now seeing the response back from the owner who left it 2 months ago responding to my 2-10-17 comment which is very irrelevant because I already had my money back from pay pal which was a lengthy process already so it shows the blatant irresponsibility on "Ruff house studios". The only props I could give you guys is to be so sketchy i'm just glad that you had the decency to be linked up with pay pal somehow. Conclusion people still stay away from ruff house purchases!!! They're only good for there videos, and that's how they lure you in. 5-10-17

Update: 4 months later i got an email saying that what I ordered was no longer available/out of stock and whether or not I'd like to find a 'similar item' or prefer a Refund. I don't foresee any one of those two choices ever coming to fruition, so no thanks. I did however manage to buy you an "F" on BBB with my 69.95, hope you like it, the shipping was FREE. You're completely missing the point. You can't portray yourself as an online store, take people's money, and then go completely dark. An unsuspecting consumer does not know you're going through a 'transitional' period - and why should they care? They want to make a frictionless transaction. Simply stop taking orders and remove your site until you're all sorted out. Otherwise you're just stealing money from trusting costumers. That's a scam in it's most basic form. Stop using customers as ATMs to fund your video making habit.
