Update: 4 months later i got an email saying that what I ordered was no longer available/out of stock and whether or not I'd like to find a 'similar item' or prefer a Refund. I don't foresee any one of those two choices ever coming to fruition, so no thanks. I did however manage to buy you an "F" on BBB with my 69.95, hope you like it, the shipping was FREE. You're completely missing the point. You can't portray yourself as an online store, take people's money, and then go completely dark. An unsuspecting consumer does not know you're going through a 'transitional' period - and why should they care? They want to make a frictionless transaction. Simply stop taking orders and remove your site until you're all sorted out. Otherwise you're just stealing money from trusting costumers. That's a scam in it's most basic form. Stop using customers as ATMs to fund your video making habit.
