Poor customer service. We haven't had a decent newspaper carrier since Willie Thomas delivered our paper some years back. Mr. Thomas Provided excellent customer service. He always delivered our paper early in the morning and it was always on the porch. Mr. Thomas passed away and we sure do miss him

This is the sorriest excuse of a paper in the area. I have auto payment for daily delivery,I have had more missed and late papers than ever before.The paper is now being printed in Hutchinson ks and reportedly we wouldn't see any difference. Bahahaha. You best rescue this paper before you have no subscribers.

I have made several attempts to contact customer service the last two hours and was put on hold for 30 minutes after a recorded voice told me how important my call is. Management by avoidance is not good management......if we don't answer the phone we don't hear the complaint. Oh, and I did leave a message with my problem as the recording said they would return my call.......still waiting!

Not for sure what's going on on the inside,but 5he employees I worked with have been pretty good to me. The inside is lacking direction or something. I dont like to speak I'll but training is needed of some sort
