I have made several attempts to contact customer service the last two hours and was put on hold for 30 minutes after a recorded voice told me how important my call is. Management by avoidance is not good management......if we don't answer the phone we don't hear the complaint. Oh, and I did leave a message with my problem as the recording said they would return my call.......still waiting!
