I’ve been working for Sarahcare for about three or four years now and it’s been a struggle and trying to get a returning call it’s struggle to try to call to ask about your timesheets they’ll always give me a run around when it comes to my missing hours it’s like all these ppl do is forward calls and tell you to leave messages

I would give less but I am unable too. This company just switched over to Care of America, I’ve only been there a month as a client and I’m leaving! My care was cut off without even speaking to my service coordinator. My aide was told to just leave because of a billing problem, oh and also told they would be terminate if they continue services for me who’s my brother! Why can’t he provide services I’m a 70 hour patient a week for a reason. I’ve left messages no response called the supvr no response. My case manager was very rude and lacked customer service skills, no empathy told me it was about the money, my response wash it’s about the clients needs she was so heartless. I’m also a fall risk so why can’t my brother help me?!? On his time!!!! Then after she hangs up on me because, I couldn’t understand how things went the way they did! Totally wrong and bad services so if I was a stroke patient they would have left me in my pamper all day, just the thought pisses me off, what if I had no one else in my city to help they simply didn’t care about my well being...I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone also the person that comes out just shows up with no announcement and told me disturbing things!

Sarahcares Day center has been wonderful for my mother. She has been with them since they were on Washington lane in Jenkintown before they moved to their new location. She has enjoyed being at the new location and continues to go 3x a week. Mother has been with Sarahcares Day center for 6 years. The home care service that Alvera provides to my mother is good. But not all their home care aids provide the quality that Alvera provides. We are happy with her

I wanted to take a few minutes to write a review for SarahCare Home Care because I have been using them for my mothers care for the past 2 years. My case manager Sharita is always super helpful and every time there is an issue I always get quick and proper assistance. We had to leave for a 1 week vacation and weren’t sure what was going to happen to mom and Sharita took care of all the home health aide scheduling so that we can enjoy our trip with a peace of mind. I have utilized multiple different companies before and I always got mediocre service at best. But from SarahCare the service is always top notch. I love this company and recommend it to everyone!! ❤️👍👍👍

Sarah Care is the WORST! The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They are merely LIARS and cover for each other, instead of being honest and truthful! Considering that they’re representing a SO-CALLED company that are taking care of people’s loved ones! My husband and I went through a few in home care assistance before we called it quits with them. First, we had a lazy one that lied and forged my husband’s signature on quite a lot of her time sheets. Then, we had another that didn’t want to clean our loved one, let alone stole from our loved ones room. And, all of a sudden, we had found a cockroach in our home. We certainly DON’T PLAY THAT!!! This company is just not the place that anyone should do business with, especially, if you truly care about your family and loved ones!!!👎 Definitely a thumbs down 👎 👎 😡A LOUSY BUSINESS JUST COLLECTING CHECKS!!!!

My father has been receiving home care services from Sarah Care for over 2 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Whenever I need them, they are always helpful and ready to do what needs to be done to provide the best care for my dad. I must honestly say that they gave me the peace of mind that my father is well taken care of while I am away. Great company!

I am disgusted with the unprofessional way issues are handled and the lack of service received. The fact that before being referred to this place, I tried getting information myself and was NEVER contacted. Even after going through an agency to be referred here, the lack of contact and concern when it comes to the client bothers me. Just ended a phone call in which the only answers I received for my few questions where "I can't give that out" and "Call back tomorrow after 8:30am" I agree with a review prior to mine when it was stated that they lie about things. The staff is unprofessional and limited in knowledge of the field in which they work. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the service rendered and will not be continuing with this place or recommending it to anybody I know. Maybe this will reach the person who I've been asking for since Monday, January 15, 2018.

Is crazy how you turn your time sheet in one day late and you have to wait until next paycheck to get paid like people have bills to be paid smh is like ok if I turn it in a day late why can't they pay me a day late why a whole week is crazy
