Our sales rep, Randy Crowe, has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy; and have the exact equipment at a price we can afford that we need. Anytime we have had questions or issues with our machines a personable, happy, knowledgeable technician comes out to take care of the issue asap. When calling into the local office we speak with friendly helpful people. Saratoga is a very relational company and they truly care about you and your companies needs.
