My husband and I own and have been running a hostel in Rome for the past 20 years. One thing we have never really gotten completely organized has been our food storage, laundry and housekeeping areas. I really wanted some advice from someone who could offer some outside insight into what we could do to improve these areas. Jonathon did a visit, asked a lot of questions and listened attentively while taking notes. He then gave us a presentation of his findings and suggestions and provided a report and a checklist that we could use with our housekeeping staff. I really appreciate that he took into consideration our own particular needs and the specific nature of our place and he didn't offer a blanket formula. Jonathon is extremely professional, relaxed and easy to work with. He's passionate about the hospitality and accommodation sector and it shows. It was truly a pleasure to "talk shop" with him. He made really great suggestions that we never even considered or knew about and we will be implenting in the near future. I highly recommend to anyone who is starting an accommodation based business or who needs a revamping of an existing one to contact Jonathon. Thanks so much Jonathon for all your help!
