I happily met SAYHELLO Creative years ago through a stroke of serendipity and ever since we have consistently been working on projects for both of my bespoke tour companies based in Rome, Italy! I am was thrilled to have met founder & owner Jonathon when I did because it was just about the time when I was looking to rebrand and revamp one of our businesses and its website. With this particular project it made a world of difference that the talented folks behind SAYHELLO Creative are hospitality experts. We could focus on the design and message of the rebrand instead having to teach an 'outsider' how the luxury hospitality world acts, looks and feels.Two years later I still receive compliments on the daily about how gorgeous our site is and I couldn't be happier with the results. I also look to Jonathon & his team to keep me updated on current tech design, modern touches such as new main menu navigation and the use of video on the site. Jonathon is a gem in the Eternal City because he's American with years of experience working with Italians and in short, just knows how to get the job done with an American sense of urgency & professionalism with impeccable design and execution. I truly cannot think of a better collaborator to work with in Rome & beyond!

We asked Jonathon & his team to relaunch our website with a new look & functionality. To say we were pleased with the result is an understatement. He provided us a workable schedule for the project, several templates to choose from after consulting with us on design, attentive follow-up, and a clear payment plan. My husband and I own and have been running a hostel in Rome for the past 20 years. One thing we have never really gotten completely organized has been our food storage, laundry and housekeeping areas. I really wanted some advice from someone who could offer some outside insight into what we could do to improve these areas. Jonathon did a visit, asked a lot of questions and listened attentively while taking notes. He then gave us a presentation of his findings and suggestions and provided a report and a checklist that we could use with our housekeeping staff. I really appreciate that he took into consideration our own particular needs and the specific nature of our place and he didn't offer a blanket formula. Jonathon is extremely professional, relaxed and easy to work with. He's passionate about the hospitality and accommodation sector and it shows. It was truly a pleasure to "talk shop" with him. He made really great suggestions that we never even considered or knew about and we will be implenting in the near future. Jonathon is both a great listener and a truly creative mind. Being able to balance both is a difficult task, but creates real value for the client. A part from that, I liked his "I can do it" attitude, his calm approach when things become fast paced and urgent, and attention to detail.
