Called and asked for a list of homes that they had for sell in the area. Left my email address and he sent me an email asking for my phone number. I don't want to be in your call list. I'd rather have it searchable, indexable and mappable with a long press on my phone in s I'll look at this when I'm able to read this kind of way. I'm going to buy a house, I guess it won't be from here with the 1960's antics.

We bought our first Schalmo home in 2003, and it was a great home for our family. When our needs changed for a house in 2016 we considered other builders in the course of due diligence, but came back to Schalmo for the way we were treated, the value, and quality.The people at Schalmo treated us like family, and were with us every step of the way – even while we looked for a suitable place to build. They answered our countless questions and made the process fun and enjoyable. They are professional but approachable, and a change order doesn’t make them cringe. Schalmo has great building partners and vendors, and our house wouldn’t be the same without them.Having been in our new home for several months we are very pleased. Everything was on time or ahead of schedule, and the results are exactly what we wanted. It’s one thing for those who see the house to comment on how great everything looks, but we know the workmanship that we saw during construction and it gives us comfort and peace of mind.We would whole-heartedly recommend Schalmo as a builder, and are grateful to Greg, Ed, Les, Barb, and everyone else that helped us make the home we had in mind become a reality.

Choosing a home builder is a big decision since it's one of the biggest investments you will make. We put our trust into Schalmo Homes to build us an affordable and quality sound home - and it was the best decision. Since it's a local builder, we found that our questions or concerns were given utmost attention right away. Since it's a local builder that has been around since the 1950's, it's comforting when you speak with their sub contractors about how they have been working with the company for many years - and would choose Schalmo Homes themselves if they intended to build. Since it's a local builder, you find yourself developing friendships with the Schalmo team because they are fun, kind and professional to work with - so much so I can honestly say I already miss the building process with them! If you are thinking of building, choose Schalmo Homes, a company that has stood the test of time and will guide you through the process so effortlessly from start to finish.

Fantastic building experience! Everyone you meet at Schalmo is top notch and treats your build like it's their own. They stayed on schedule, provided solutions and creative ideas to get us what we wanted within our budget, and were amazingly patient through a few "I changed my mind on...". I would build with them again and encourage anyone looking to build to give them a call.

From that initial meeting, you continued to listen to our needs and desires and translated those into something that was workable within our budget. We were continually impressed that you could take an idea of ours that we might be having difficulty articulating and turn it into a solution, or in many cases, options for solutions. You stayed in touch with us at every step along the way to make sure that we were all in alignment with a common vision. We were also frequently pleasantly surprised when some unexpected special treatments appeared because you knew us well enough to know we would like them. We have entertained family and friends since we moved in, and all comment on the high quality and the unique features that are a part of our home.
