We were continually impressed that you could take an idea of ours that we might be having difficulty articulating and turn it into a solution, or in many cases, options for solutions. You stayed in touch with us at every step along the way to make sure that we were all in alignment with a common vision. We were also frequently pleasantly surprised when some unexpected special treatments appeared because you knew us well enough to know we would like them.
