Had my elderly parents get their a new laptop from the Omaha store. Staff was very helpful and was able to get then just what they needed. After a month my parents are still thrilled with their Galant Laptop. There was a small problem with some software my dad was trying to run. Even though my parents live out on the coast the Schrock Desk was able to log in and correct the problem quickly. Excellent service after the sale.

The right direction to find computer help is Schrock Innovations Computers. Today during an upgrade for Windows 10, a phone call, and a few minutes the upgrade was moving on in its progress to completion. Tech support with the Schrock Desk is direct, quick and easy in getting resolution for the issue.
