City utilities and billing exist in the dark ages. Customer support is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I paid my utilities in person on the 5th of July, believing that it would be paid in full, up to current. 3 weeks later, my water is turned off due to failure to pay my utility bill, that I'm now being told was due BY the 12th.How can that be possible, if I came in and paid the ENTIRE bill, IN PERSON? I can only see this if the office is being corrupt and angling for late charges and disconnect/reconnect fees.8/29/18Again, water has been disconnected. All bills paid in full, and are up-to-date.Latest billing statement shows current bill due 9/12/2018 - auto-draft scheduled payment, 9/12/2018
