Have done business with this lab over various years. They did good work for me in the past but I use them sparingly because they are very expensive (not very competitive anymore) and not close to my home. I use them only because they can print any size you want; most printing services print standard sizes anymore. Colleen in production really is a peach and wants to please. The recent problem was the images I sent differed from what I got (darker); it's the calibration of my monitor, they say, which hasn't been the case with other printers. The bill was over $100; they said I could redo them for half price; of course I'd have to throw in a $25 proof if I wanted to ensure the darkness was just right. So now we're talking $190 for three prints, which includes three prints I don't want. Is this reasonable? I don't think so. This is not good customer service for a person who has gone here for years.
