Steve came in and gave a very thorough inspection of the house I’m purchasing and was even able to identify falsities in advertisement between what the selling realtor had listed and what is actually in the house. His keen eye for detail and his thoroughness are exactly why I recommend him to all of my friends and family. His report turnaround time is impeccable and I am so happy! You can’t go wrong with this guy!
