Steve gave an inspection above and beyond what I was expecting. He was extremely thorough in ensuring I understood every nuance or possible issue with the home. The level of professionalism and knowledge he displayed was much more than expected. I have used other inspectors in the past who just don’t compare. I will only use Steve in the future if I have the need for an inspector again. The detailed report I received after was amazing and will help me as I go forward with my new house.
