My experience at Signarama of Lawrenceville was good. They have a new owner who seems genuinely interested in getting to know the community and becoming a part of it. In talking with him today, he told me that his initial goal was to fix the turnaround times on both quotes and proofs getting back to the customer and implement an internal organizational system for better flow through the various stages of production. Jim, the production artist who worked for the old owners decided to stay, and his and two new positions have already been filled . The new girl on the front counter, Cory (sp) is great , as is their new outside sales and marketing person, Matt. Super nice folks with super nice smiles who just happen to know everything you need to know about signs.
