First in history for me to do such a low rating. Despite giving samples of artwork - weeks and weeks went by only to be told that we needed to just accept what was designed on our decals etc... then worst of all we paid for a street business sign months ago and have even been promised by the owner that it would get installed, but all we get are excuses and delays....by far the worst experience ever dealing with a company. It's been almost 3 months now - everything paid and still no results only empty promises. Do business with extreme caution. I look at all these other reviews and wonder what happened?FOLLOW UP; We handed his field employee (Matt) double as the owner specifies in cash. We also handed them a digitized CD of our artwork and all they had to do was copy the data. Their initial employee, Matt (one of many that have come and gone), had informed us that they had no problem. The problem lies with poor management and bad communication on their part, with one excuse after another and broken promises. As far as the sign and I quote "not being perfect", it was flat out wrong and incorrect for our application. It was more like a banner than a sign, with unnecessary features (hooks & ringlets) not applicable for our application. End of story!
