Placed an order for a real estate sign and post, paid in full. They were supposed to contact me to go over the proof but after 3 days of no contact I had to drive over there and ask for the status. The lady in the reception casually mentioned that they didn’t have the post and the vendor they work with also had no post so it would take them more time to order. They didn’t even bother to call and notify me of the issue and the delay. I asked about the sign and they didn’t do any work on that either. They wasted my time and delayed my job. Bad customer service and irresponsible management!After taking the $$$ upfront they just forget about the customer!!!
