We ordered two weeks before an important trade show. We had to send multiple emails and make several calls to ensure the work happened on time. We didn't get the proofs for approval until we called, not all emails were responded to. And then the shop only finished the work the day before the show - so if there was anything wrong we had no chance to fix it. Our printed tablecloth came in and we ended up having to throw it away as they printed it in the wrong color - not at all what was approved on the signed proof. We will never use again.
