We have Simply Bits at our home and at my business and couldn't be happier. We have fast internet that almost never has problems. If we have ever had a problem, it is either quickly resolved over the phone or by a technician. We recently switched over to their VOIP service for phones at our office and are very happy so far. We have even had follow up from the ownership which was a surprising touch. I'm glad we switched over from Cox Business and Home to support a great, local company.
