Initially I was concerned because as I was waiting to leave a deposit for work to be done, another customer seemed to be having difficulties getting her iPad returned on schedule.I didn't want to be with out a phone for longer than planned. I asked them order a replacement screen and 2 batteries. I left my deposit. They called in 2 days reporting the parts had arrived. I dropped off my phone at 9:35 AM. They sent me an email at 1:30 saying it was ready to go. They had cleaned the phone and found the speaker to have some metal filings on the speaker. It may need replacement. I checked out the phone and it looked great with a new screen.However, they didn't have the batteries. I will have to go back next week for them.
