I recently had the displeasure of getting my iphone “fixed” at smartfix. I am very confused on what this companies definition of fixed is because it is definitely not what you would find in a dictionary. To add to this, the customer service was below par. The lady at the front desk had a very condescending smile and attitude when discussing my concerns. In short, if you want a knock off product, to experience poor customer service, spend numerous hours wasting your time, and pay for them to mess up your phone then this is the place to go.
