Nancy did a great job on my initial logo design, help with all my printed materials . Ongoing updates to my web page and back end maintenance were mishandled resulting in loss of business and broken links - I would be happy to share the Snap's written response to this situation with anyone. A REALLY nice person to work with -- creative flair on printed materials was awesome. Technical errors ended our working relationship.
